Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file (such as a downloadable design, print, or digital artwork) has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Item

All of the following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Digital downloads (including wall art, templates, design files)
• Gift cards
• Custom-made or personalized designs

We do not offer refunds for:

• Accidental purchases
• Failure to download the file
• Incompatibility with software/hardware
• Change of mind

Exceptions – Defective or Incomplete Files

If you experience a technical issue or receive a damaged or corrupted file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll be happy to assist and resend the correct file if needed.

• Screenshots or error messages if applicable

We will verify the issue and provide a corrected file or alternate solution.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
